A contract between you and us will begin once we send an email to you confirming your registration on our website.

The website is only applicable to flight information from Australia and is intended for and directed to users in these countries.


It is free to register for the Website. Details of the information you can expect to receive can be found on the Website.

You can upgrade your membership to our Premium Membership at any time and the information you can expect to receive can be found on the Website.

We do not offer flight booking services. You will only receive impartial information about flight deals from us. Any contract that you enter with an airline or travel agent is a contract between you and that airline or travel agent. You will not at any time enter into a contract between you and us regarding flight booking services.

We may have to change the Website (a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and (b) to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example; to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the Website.


Within 7 working days of you registering for our service, we will be sending you emails.

When you purchase a Premium Membership you enter into a contract for the period stated on the sign-up and confirmation email we send to you. At the end of the period, new purchase for the same period length will be triggered automatically until you or we terminate the contract.

When you purchase a Premium Membership you agree you will only use the information we provide you for your own personal gain. You will not replicate or share this information with anyone else.

If we are unable to provide our services to you at the frequency and quality we have stated, and this is out of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this. If we will be unable to provide our services for you in the foreseeable future, you will be able to request a refund and terminate your contract with us.

At times, the use of the website may be suspended while we perform technical updates or improve the website.

If we will be suspending our services for a period of more than 30 days we will inform you of this and you will be entitled to a refund for each consecutive 30 day period the services are suspended for.

If you do not complete payment for our services we will contact you to request you do so. If you have still not completed payment within a 5 working day period, we will have the right to suspend our provision of service to you until you have completed the appropriate payment.

We aim to provide you with accurate information about any information that we send to you however we cannot guarantee when this information will still be accurate at the time you view the information. Information and flight prices are subject to change and we only guarantee that the information we send is, to the best of our knowledge, accurate at the time of writing.

We cannot guarantee that the deals we send to you are better than third parties can provide.

Any links to third-party websites are provided because we feel they can be valuable to you. We do not take responsibility for any information, opinion or views provided on these websites and you view them entirely at your own risk. We do not endorse or recommend any third party websites and any links provided are purely for your convenience and enjoyment and are in no way endorsed by us.

Any information provided by us regarding other service providers is solely our

opinion and does not amount to a recommendation for using that service. Any

service you decide to use after receiving information from us is your decision and

we do not take responsibility for any service provided by third-party providers.

We do not take responsibility for the terms and conditions of any of the deals we

send to you. The information we send to you may not be fully representative of all

of the terms and conditions applicable from a third party and it is your

responsibility to check directly the terms and conditions of those deals on the

relevant service providers website.


You can cancel your contract with us at any time. If you do so within 30 days of the day you purchased your premium membership you will be entitled to a refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your premium membership because of something we have done wrong or are at fault for you will also be entitled to a pro-rate refund for the period of time the service is unavailable to you. This also includes any changes we have made to the service which you do not agree with, suspension of our services for technical reasons, for more than a 14 day period or the risk of significant delays to our services.

You are entitled to cancel your membership with us at any time for any reason, but if we are not at fault you will not be able to receive a refund for the services provided, after the initial 30 day period.


To end your free membership you can press unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we send you and you will be taken off our list and our contract ended.

You can cancel your membership at any time within the account section of the website, or by sending us an email at any time to support@ozflightclub.com

If you are due any refund when you cancel your membership this will be paid using the same method you used to pay the membership


The costs of the Membership is set out on the website.

We have the right to increase the price for membership renewal. If we are increasing the price you will be informed 28 days prior to the increase in renewal price.


Premium membership automatically renews at the end of each membership period. If you do not want to renew your membership you should inform us 5 working days before the membership is due to renew.


We may break the contract with you at any time, if you break the terms of the agreement at any time, and/or if you do make payment to us within 5 working days of our request you do so.

We may withdraw our services. For premium members, we will inform you 28 days before our intention to withdraw our services. We can do withdraw our services at any time without notice to free members.

Premium members will be refunded pro-rata if we decide to withdraw our services.
